WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES AND TIMES?

Shipping charges for your order vary by location, and will be calculated and displayed at checkout

We always do our very best to ensure our packages are delivered on time. Due to potential disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, items could be delivered later (or earlier) than expected.
*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays


HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After an order is placed, the details are sent to our distribution center from where your item will be shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. To check the progress of the delivery, visit the "Track my order" page on our website, and enter your order number in the field provided.



HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Select the battery variant you would like to purchase and click the "ADD TO CART" button. To add additional variants (e.g. color), return to the product page and add the new item to cart.

Click the check out button in your shopping cart and follow the outlined steps to complete your order. You should receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is completed.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as payments via Paypal. Checks and transfers are not accepted.



IS THE PAYMENT SECURE?

Our store is secured with SSL encryption to protect your personal and confidential data. Every transaction is processed by either Stripe and PayPal depending on your preferred check out method.


I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Have you received the shipping confirmation for your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 10 days, contact us with your order number, we will launch an investigation and get back to you within 48 hours.


I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are sorry, unfortunately it can happen. Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo for proof, we will do our best to find a solution.


I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I BE REFUNDED?

Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any unsatisfactory purchase by mail.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost associated with returning the item(s). A refund will be processed as soon as the item is received at the distribution center.

UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCE WILL MY REFUND REQUEST BE DENIED?

If the product has been used and therefore cannot be resold as is.
If the shipment has not arrived at its destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.
